Job Requirements:

• At least 5 to 6 years work experience in High Rise Buildings(Commercial/Apartments), Structural Glazing, Aluminium & Fabrication. 
• Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D/3D.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Be responsible for managing daily operations of a design office to ensure quality and timeliness of design prepared / issued.
• Be responsible for the running of major curtain walling and facade projects from inception to completion.
•  Liaise with clients and contractors.
•  Liaise with design consultants
•  Manage design changes, confirm they are agreed within budget.
•  Provide design presentations to the client.
