Job description:

Job Requirements:

• Atleast 10 years’ work experience with Facades, High Rise Projects and with the Curtain Wall industry.
• Must be familiar with Window Wall and Unitized Curtain Wall.
• Strong project management skills with no employment shorter than 3 years.
• Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints.
• Must have experience with major Façade contractors in UK.

Job Description:

• Assist the Project Director in delivering a successful project.
• Manage technical complications.
• Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the contract.
• Monitor the installation.
• Liaise effectively with other internal departments, clients and consultants.
• Report to Project Director.
• Liaise with clients and their representatives during the project Process.
•  Communicate and coordinate with suppliers;
•  Distribution and supervision of work.
•  Control cash flow, get payment on time.
•  Foresee and control risks of project.
•  Liaise with deputy PM on daily work.
•  On going training of site staff.
•  Safety of work.
