Job Requirements:

Atleast 12 to 15 years’ managerial work experience of projects in RCC / Mix design /S Shuttering / etc.
Must be able to liaise effectively with Civil & other kinds of contractors, Architect / structural consultant, suppliers, Customer & local authorities.
As well as report to the VP, you will also be responsible for reports of:
- Direct: The Execution team for the Project / Projects under the domain.
- Indirect: Planning, Architect, Liaison Departments.
Qualifications: B.Tech / BE – Civil.
Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and time constraints.
Must be proficient in Ms Projects/Excel.

Job Description:

In charge of all civil construction for the assigned projects
To strategize, prepare & implement all projects right from conceptualization to final handover.
Ensure high profitability is achieved in all the projects.
Ensure that best of the standards are implemented.
Interaction with local officials as & when required.
To ensure all other statutory norms & requirements are adhered to (including safety & security).
To get job executed in a cost efficient manner to ensure better quality and timeliness.
To motivate the team to perform well.
To ensure proper training is imparted to the subordinates by seniors in the team.
