Job Requirements (Person Specification):

High calibre graduate with substantiated track record of working with blue ship companies or large scale consumer oriented operational environment. You will be an outstanding achiever with aspirations to succeed.

Job Summary:

You will personally drive business improvement programmes to deliver sustainable profitable growth and year on year cost reduction. You will work with your team to make a step change in business performance whilst balancing the importance of developing and supporting management against a need to not accept mediocrity.

You must be commercially adept, be passionate about outstanding customer service, understand key operational improvement drivers and set leading standards in professionalism of the service provided to our customers.

 The role works very closely with the Operational Managers to ensure that the teams to ensure the group achieve sales/operational targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Insulation, you will be responsible for :  

  • Business Analysis, Commercial Analysis, Supervision & Data Analysis.
  • Developing and overseeing plans to ensure that the business delivers its sales/operational targets.
  • Responsible for establishing programmes to achieve the drive in sales and profitability growth .
  • Enabling business growth though effective management of operational improvement programmes.
  • Managing the central operational support functions to include.
  • Performance management and reporting.
  • Commercial decision making and forecasting .
  • Communications and engagement.
  • Monitor margin achieved in liaison with operational teams.
  • Developing and managing effective monitoring of the market and providing insight to inform business strategy.
