Job Title:                Area Sales Consultant –Lifts- Service & Modernisation.

Location:                North West, Cheshire.

Reporting:             Service General Manager.

Job Type:               Permanent.

About the department: The North West Service Department is responsible for protecting the current portfolio and delivering a year on year net gain in each business unit by growing the business through recoveries. Additionally they are responsible for the conversion of all new equipment onto portfolio, modernisation and repairs as a Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities.

  • Deliver excellent results and customer service.
  • Being highly proactive and focused on spending time with customers and developing good business relationships.
  • Converting warm leads.
  • Recovering units from the marketplace.
  • Retaining existing customers through Cancellation prevention.
  • Customer Liaison.
  • Selling uplift modernisation opportunities to existing portfolio.
  • Debt Management – Resolution of disputed debt.
  • Grow and manage sales within the area.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly degree of organisation.
  • The role requires intensive team playing, motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Develop all- round knowledge of the company’s products.
