Job description:

Job Title:                Health, Safety & Environment Manager - Construction.

Location:               London – All company offices and sites as required.

Reporting:             Contracts Director..

Salary:                    £40000 PLUS Fuel allowance for Business Miles PLUS Real Job Satisfaction & Amazing growth Opportunity working with massive blue chip Company having presence all over Europe.

Span Of Control:

All employees and the public with regards to Health, Safety and Environmental matters including Site operatives and appointed Sub-Contractors.

Job Responsibilities.

  • Ensuring the company meets all it’s obligations in respect of matters of Health & Safety and Environmental Welfare across all employees, members of the public and the company projects.
  • Reviewing companies site management policies.
  • Researching better ways of completing tasks like site entry and attendances.
  • Communicating with all employees Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
  • Issuing monthly safety Bulletins to all employees once vetted by the Directors.

Job Requirements:

  • Tech IOSH/NEBOSH Construction Certificate with experience working in the construction industry a must.
  • Ideally Curtain Wall/External Facades – Not Mandatory.
  • The role requires intensive team playing, motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Develop all- round knowledge of the company’s products.

Desirable Skills:

  • Associate member of IEMA and CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) .
