Job: Managing Director / Operations Director
Client: Multi-million pound turnover Building Facades/Curtain Walling company.
Salary: 50 - 90K + Car + Bonuses + Benefits
Location: South East/London/Home Counties
Working for this major Facades company within their UK Aluminium/Curtain Walling base you will be managing the entire operations for the UK as their Managing Director/Operations Director.
Responsibilities of role:
* Heading all operational management of company.
* Leading the sales teams and driving the sales forward.
* Overseeing design and estimating departments and all management.
* Day to day running of company.
* Be responsible for directing the company turnover upwards.
* Be responsible for manufacturing and output of company.
Key requirements for individual:
* Must have extensive knowledge/experience within the Facades, Curtain Walling, and Building Envelope industry at a Director or Operations level.
* Must have a background of dealing with Main Contractors at a high level.
* High level negotiating experience.
* High level management experience.
* High level Sales experience.
* Be able to successfully manage people and teams.
* Be able to successfully manage a multi-million £ company within Curtain Walling/Facades.
* Must have an excellent reputation within the industry and preferably have contacts.
* Strong likeable personality.
* Focused and results driven.
* Excellent salary - dependent on skills & experience.
