Job description:

Job Title:               Senior Structural Engineer – EXECUTION of FINISHING - High Rise – DELHI – CONTRACTOR SIDE

Location:               Delhi, India.

Job Requirements:

• At least 15-20 years’ experience in Execution of finishing works on Main Contractor’s side.
• Strong track record in Quality Assurance & Quality Control works in HIGH RISE construction, Structural Engineering, etc.
• Ability to manage to finish projects in time with considerable profits and set high standards of quality control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with clients, local authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Controlling quality, progress, cost and safety of works.
• Execution & supervision of high end finishing works.
• Inspecting structural and finishing works.
• Coordinating with Structural, architectural, infrastructure and MEP departments.
• Advising admin departments for design changes and variations for cost savings.
• Training subordinates.
