Job Requirements (Person Specification)

My client is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to develop and drive North Indian business opportunities and expand further in other parts of India in the area of Engineering, M & E, MEP, Energy, Environmental, Transportation, Infrastructure, Commercial, Aviation, Etc.

• Proven business development / commercial experience and keen business acumen.
• Track record in full sales cycle from pre proposals to winning the project.
• Experienced engineer preferably in Consulting Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of Engineering projects.
• Strategic thinker with innovative approach to exploitation of research to develop new business opportunities.
• International experience in Construction / Consulting Engineering industry.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Travelling to all major Metro cities in India and internationally might be required.
