Job description:

Job Title:               Associate Director- Structural Engineering- High Rise – DELHI – CONSULTANT’s side.

Location:               Delhi, India.

Job Requirements:

• First class communication skills with at least 15 to 20 extensive experiences in Structural Engineering, Building Design & Analysis, high-rise structural projects and ideally have UK, USA or Middle East experience.
• Strong track record in high rise construction Design & Detailed technical knowledge and experience in the field of structural engineering - Reinforced concrete/Structural Steel.
• Should have worked with International Engineering Consultants.
• Proven and exceptionally quality experience in liaising with clients, global design management team, key account management / relationship development.
• You will have a strong business brain having exceptional commercial acumen, with a good working knowledge of financial resourcing and accounts.
• This is a leadership role and therefore it is envisaged that you will come from a position where managing staff and assisting with their professional development are already part of your direct responsibilities.
• Capable of managing our current operations both technical and financial.
• Engineering Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• This is an extremely important appointment for our client and is seen as key to the future success of the Delhi operations. The role will be focussed on leading a talented team of Structural Engineers and providing the drive, determination and motivation to take the structures department forward.
• Providing technical leadership for high-rise building projects including managing and co-ordinating different aspects of high-rise design projects, all within an agreed programme and budget and mentoring members of the building structures team.
• Take responsibility for establishing the strategy for delivering projects from contributing to site suitability and project feasibility studies, preparing structural reports and specifications,   and running of major projects from inception to completion.
